Our Mission Statement

The purpose of the Outreach Ministry of GPCC is to reach out and touch those in the community who are in need of Love, Hope, and Encouragement; while at the same time addressing their physical and spiritual needs.

This is accomplished through the following programs:

Food Bank Ministry: To serve those in the community who are in need by offering food, love and hope and encouragement in a caring and non-judgmental way.

Social Services Ministries: West Side Social Ministry is a Christ-centered outreach of GPCC dedicated to meeting the needs of the low income and disadvantaged individuals in our community. We will offer food, education, employment skills and spiritual growth.

Jail Ministry: The purpose of this ministry is to help men and women to re-direct their lives through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ through the following
• Assistant Chaplains
• Church Group Participation
• AA,NA,and SSA Volunteers

Apartments Ministry: This an avenue to form relationships with tenants by interacting through outreaches and picnics.


Transportation Ministry: Serving God by beingan extension of His love to minister to children and their families while providing safe transportation to and from church.

Nursing Home Ministry: "Doing small things with Great Love"
• Church services for residents
• Personal Prayer and Ministry
• Visit and individual ministry with shut-in’s
• Special Projects

Servant Evangelism: Demonstrating the love of God by offering to do acts of kindness and service to someone, without expecting something in return.

Special Projects:
• Summer Lunch Programs
• Spring and Fall Community Festivals
• Holiday Baskets
• Back To School Supplies Drive
• Toy Drives For Children in Mexico
